I’m a certified lifestyle coach with a passion for authenticity, longevity, and natural wellness. I bring over 20 years of corporate experience—including leading high-performing sales teams—and a global outlook shaped by living in Australia, Ireland, the UK, and Hong Kong.

Through my business, Get Rooted in Health, I offer a personalised, holistic approach that blends corporate insight with mind-body practices, including neuroscience-based coaching, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), remedial therapies, and Vedic meditation. I’m also certified in "Fast Like a Girl," a science-backed fasting protocol tailored for women's hormonal health.
